Privacy Policy

Mivo processes messages sent to the Instagram business accounts connected by our customers, on their behalf. Message content is stored only to deliver replies (automated or by the business's team) and to show the business its own conversation history. We do not sell message data or use it for advertising.

Data we process

• Messages you send to a connected business account (text and timestamps).
• Your Instagram username and profile picture reference, to render the thread.
• Comments you leave on a connected account's posts.
• Account-level, aggregated Instagram insights for the business (never personal).

Deleting your data

You can ask Instagram to delete your data with this app (Settings → Business tools → Apps and websites), or contact the business directly. Requests are completed within 48 hours: your messages, comments and profile references are deleted from our systems. See the Data Deletion page for the full steps.
