Data Deletion

Effective 13 October 2026.

You can delete the data Mivo holds about you in either of two ways. Both are completed within 48 hours.

Delete through Instagram

Open Instagram, go to Settings → Business tools → Apps and websites, select Mivo and choose Remove. If you use a personal account, the path is Settings → Security → Apps and websites. Removing the app tells us to delete the data associated with your account.

Request deletion from us

Email privacy@vianratechnologies.tech from the address you used, or contact the business whose Instagram account you were messaging, with your Instagram username. We will action the request and send you a confirmation code.

What we delete

• Your messages with the connected business account.
• Your comments on the connected account's posts.
• Your Instagram username and profile-picture reference.

What we keep

Aggregated, account-level insights for the business — which do not identify you — and a record that a deletion was requested, so we can prove we honoured it.
